CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a 25% fee of the services booked down. All River & Rose clientele are required to have a credit card on file.

We will do our best to make any necessary accommodations so that appointments are not missed, but we ask that you respect your date and time chosen and show up promptly for appointments.

REFUND POLICY

 

Thank you for choosing our services. Please review our refund policy below:

  • We do not offer refunds on services. Absolutely zero refunds will be issued once services have been provided.
  • In the event that our services are unsatisfactory, we are committed to correcting the client’s hair if notified within one week, with corrections handled within two weeks.
  • Following this initial period, any changes requested will be subject to a regular charge.
  • We conduct thorough consultations before starting services. Please ensure clarity and conciseness when communicating with your stylist.
